Do I need any technical skills?+
Not at all. WebHostLuna is fully managed — we design, build, host and maintain everything for you. You just tell us what your business does and send any photos or text you'd like included.
How long until my site is live?+
Starter and Growth sites are typically live within a few days of receiving your content. Professional and Premium builds usually take one to two weeks depending on the number of pages and features.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled whenever you like with no penalty, and you keep your domain. Yearly plans run for the 12 months you've paid for and then renew unless you tell us otherwise.
Who owns my domain and content?+
You do. Your domain is registered in your name and your content stays yours. There's no lock-in, so you're always free to move on if you ever want to.
Are payments secure?+
Completely. All payments are processed by Stripe, a global leader in online payments. We never see or store your card details, and every transaction is encrypted.
What counts as an "update"?+
Updates cover changes like new text, swapping images, adding an offer, or updating your opening hours and contact details. Your plan sets how many we'll make each month — Professional and Premium include unlimited minor edits.
